Ingredients

Purple eggplant 100 gm
Tahina 30 ml
Fresh garlic 3 clove
Fresh lemon 10 ml
Table salt 3 gm
Olive oil 0.250ml
Red radish 20 gm

Directions

1Roast Egg plant on the charcoal till cooked.
2Removed skin and chopped the egg plant.
3Mixed all the rest of the ingredient and drizzled with olive oil and served.
